Unfortunately, HH Prime is woefully understaffed and not well managed. We had a group of 13 sit for dinner on Friday of Memorial Day weekend at 6:30. There were about 10 additional patrons in the restaurant. The staff was completely overwhelmed. We had only one waitress/server for the table, and she could not have been nicer. Our dinners were served almost an hour after we had finished our appetizers. Half of our party was served, and the other half didn’t get their dinners for another 10 minutes. My steak was overcooked, and my daughter’s was completely rare, and we had both ordered “medium” for the preparation. HH Prime charges New York steak house prices, but they are providing neither the service nor the product to merit the cost.
